Lompoc is poised to become the recreational cannabis capital of the Central Coast. The city has not limited the number of recreational storefronts in their ordinance and also given the green light to cannabis lounges. The number of storefronts/lounges will be limited naturally by zoning laws but there is no cap set in the Lompoc Cannabis Ordinance.
So where are these storefronts and cannabis lounges? They are currently in the permitting process. Expect to see storefronts and lounges start to appear as early as the fall of 2018.
Currently there aren’t any licensed medical marijuana dispensaries in Lompoc.
There aren’t any licensed delivery services in Lompoc at this time, but there are a number of delivery services that are operating in a grey area. Expect to see some licensed delivery services start to appear as storefronts begin to appear.
Prop 64 states that adults over 21 years old can have up to 6 mature plants. Currently there are no restrictions in Lompoc as to how many of your 6 plants you can grow outside. This may change with new ordinances.
